There are opportunities for you to become a part of the Higgins & Welch team as a Real Estate salesperson, property manager, consultant or staff member. Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. is actively seeking both full time and part time Real Estate agents and consultants.
You will be a part of the dedicated, vibrant and growing real estate family that is comprised of Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc., Higgins & Welch Appraisers, LLC and Welch Real Estate, LLC. Joining our team gives you one-on-one tutelage from our experienced brokers and agents and the technological tools that you need to succeed.
We are a team-oriented environment though also support self-driven individual agents. We promote a flexible environment where your role and participation is created by you and supported by us. There is an easy commission structure, and no additional fees. Agents are responsible for professional dues to the Association of REALTORS and the TReND Multiple Listing Service, as well as agent level marketing costs.
Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc is a member of both Suburban West REALTOR Association and the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS. We utilize ZipLogix forms software, Docusign for Digital Transaction Management, and RealPage’s Propertyware for Property Management Systems . Also available to agents at a discounted cost is the Top Producer CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System.

Become an Appraiser or Appraiser Trainee!
There are opportunities for you to become a part of the Higgins & Welch Organization as an appraiser or appraiser trainee, consultant or clerical staff member.
Most states require real estate appraisers to be, at a minimum, state licensed and/or state certified and to have fulfilled specific educational and experience requirements. Appraisers must adhere to strict industry standards and a professional code of ethics as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation. Pennsylvania and New Jersey are no exception and are included in our main territory.

Our job:
o   Provide you with our clients’ appraisal work on an exclusive basis
o   Provide software, technical support and training
o   Handle administration, client procurement and set up, marketing, invoicing and receivables, callbacks and customer service
o   Deliver consistent work and competitive fee splits
o   Guarantee payment on completed jobs within no more than four to six weeks
Your job:
o   Supply the highest quality appraisal reports in a timely manner and update your outstanding orders regularly
o   Adhere to USPAP and all related Codes of Professional Ethics
o   Adhere to our Mission , Core Values , and Social Responsibility goals
o   Adhere to Higgins & Welch Appraisers, LLC minimum report requirements
o   Provide notification of any potential conflicts of interest and decline assignment
