Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. has joined Philadelphia Home•Buy•Now, which provides matching funds for our staff toward the purchase price of a new home within Philadelphia. Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. will offer a $500 grant to full time staff with 18 months of employment to purchase a house. The matching grant comes from the City of Philadelphia and from Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. Philadelphia Home•Buy•Now is administered by the Urban Affairs Coalition in partnership with the City of Philadelphia. “Philadelphia has a world class workforce.
