Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. is pleased to announce that C. Kim Hartline has joined our team to head our REO/Asset Management Division. Kim has extensive experience in the legal and financial industries. She spent the last decade of her career as the Administrator and Facilities Manager for NOVA Bank where she was responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Bank’s retail banking facilities. Kim was also involved in the design and construction of several branch facilities. Kim is also an experienced real estate professional and has held her PA real estate license since 2008. Kim earned the role of Director of REO Asset Management at NOVA Bank in 2009, where she was responsible for the management and disposal of a multi-million dollar portfolio of commercial and residential properties in and around the Philadelphia area. Through her position as Director of REO Asset Management, Kim developed an integrated network of local industry leaders and City officials, real estate professionals and investors, construction and property management professionals. With those connections and her desire to find a better way to streamline and control the asset management process, Kim developed an in-house asset management program and was able to provide efficient and cost effective asset management services tailored to her Bank’s needs. Recently deciding to tap into her deep understanding of the needs of area financial institutions and their REO and Asset Managers, Kim has joined Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. to head its REO/Asset Management Division. There she will sell a full suite of the company’s distressed asset services including residential and commercial real estate valuation, inspection, management and leasing and disposition. Having experienced firsthand the disconnection between what banks really need and the services they receive from most real estate companies and property management companies, Kim has worked closely with Ed Welch and the rest of the Higgins & Welch team to develop a plan to provide Banks with a comprehensive and worry-free program of quality services at reasonable cost. In addition to real estate sales and asset management with Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc., Kim will also assist with investment properties throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding Suburbs. Kim is a life-long Philadelphia Area native and currently resides in Collegeville, Montgomery County. She looks forward to broadening her focus in the Greater Philadelphia Area and continuing to provide the high levels of honesty and integrity for which she is known and the service and expertise Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. is built on.
