Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. Helps Staff to Become Homeowners

Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. has joined Philadelphia Home•Buy•Now, which provides matching funds for our staff toward the purchase price of a new home within Philadelphia. Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. will offer a $500 grant to full time staff with 18 months of employment to purchase a house. The matching grant comes from the City of Philadelphia and from Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. Philadelphia Home•Buy•Now is administered by the Urban Affairs Coalition in partnership with the City of Philadelphia. “Philadelphia has a world class workforce. We want these talented individuals to buy homes, raise families and pursue careers within the city,” said Mayor Nutter. “Home•Buy•Now is an excellent tool for employers to recruit top talent and for the city to create more stable, flourishing neighborhoods.” Philadelphia Home Buy Now Press Release
