Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc., is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Butcher to the team. Jim is an experienced, well-rounded entrepreneur, having run or founded multiple technology and service-related companies. After several years in the technology sector, Jim started Blue Conservation, an environmentally conscious plumbing and HVAC company, which is still thriving today. Jim resides in Ambler, Pa., with his family; earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA from La Salle University and Arcadia University, respectively; and enjoys running and other fitness-related activities. Having recently earned his PA Real Estate Salesperson license, Jim is a welcome addition to Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc., whose diverse services span commercial and residential real estate sales, appraisals, property management, and consulting In addition to real estate sales with Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc., Jim will focus on business development and heading the Property Management Division with an eye toward large portfolio and apartment building management across the Delaware Valley. He looks forward to employing his practical, collaborative, hands-on style at Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. As a member of Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc., Jim has joined a forward-minded regional firm whose foundations date back to 1976.
