Damani, a Philadelphia educator and having recently earned his real estate sales licensure in Pennsylvania is transferring his skill set as a Technology and Business instructor into guiding his clients with successful real estate transactions. His professional background, Bachelors of Business Degree from Temple University and Master’s of Science Degree in Business from Full Sail University were a perfect combination to enter into the industry. Damani is a welcome addition to Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. whose diverse services span residential and commercial real estate sales, appraisals, property management, and consulting.

In addition to general real estate sales with Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc., Damani will also focus on investment properties, rental leasing, and first time homebuyers from Center City and throughout Philadelphia and Suburbs.
