Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. is pleased to announce Anthony J. Stagliano, Jr.

Anthony is transferring his professional, sales and marketing skills from 25+ years of business ownership. He continues to own a branding company (Stag Business Branding) that provides promotional products, apparel and printing; and is shifting focus to apply the sound business practices he has learned – to the Real Estate Industry.

The dedication, determination and work ethic he gained through his years spent in the sport of wrestling as a competitor and coach is another fundamental part of the recipe for success in real estate representation. Anthony also brings the ‘Stagliano’ name which through his Father gained a reputation as one of the most respected names in Real Estate for over 50 years.
Anthony is a welcome addition to Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. whose diverse services in both residential and commercial real estate include Sales, Appraisals, Property Management, REO and Asset Management, Development, Consulting, Litigation Support and Expert Witness Services.

In addition to residential real estate sales with Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc., Anthony will work with commercial and investment properties throughout the nine county region, with a focus in Montgomery County. He looks forward to continuing to provide the high levels of detail and diligence for which both he and Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc. are known.
